High frequency treatments

The high frequency treatment for face is done for people who have dry, lined or dehydrated skins. This current creates warmth to body tissues and stimulates the nerve endings, which results in increased blood circulation, healthy metabolism, healthy cell function and faster skin healing. This treatment is divided into two parts, the direct method (using electrodes directly on to the skin) or the indirect method (Viennese massage) a kind of superficial massage.

• The direct method is also called as sparking, which creates mild antiseptic and has a drying effect on the skin. This results in the blemish free skin.

• The indirect method best for people with dry skin as it produces a warming effect on the skin and stimulates the sebaceous and soporiferous glands.
